What is Art Class like?
Class time is divided into 3 parts:
Art Learning Time-
which is time where we learn about artwork, artists and cultures.
We do this through books, looking, talking, discussion and games.
Art Making Time-
which is time where artists get to apply what they have learned to a piece of their
own work. Artists are always free to take incomplete work home to extend their art making time.
which is time when all students do their part to get the room ready for the next class
and review and reflect on what was learned in art class that day.
Donations to the art room
Newspaper- black print
Adult size t-shirts
Facial Tissue - lots!
